Error message when you try to install a package on Groove Enterprise Management Server: "The page cannot be found" (915536)

SYMPTOMS

You try to install a package on Groove Enterprise Management Server. When you click Submit, you receive the following error message:
The page cannot be found

CAUSE

This issue occurs if you have Internet Server Application Programming Interface (ISAPI) extensions disabled on Internet Information Services (IIS).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, enable ISAPI extensions on IIS.
