INTRODUCTIONThis article discusses why you cannot use an expired Groove Management Server account backup file to restore a Groove account.MORE INFORMATIONIf you use a Groove Management Server account backup file to restore a Groove account, make sure that the backup occurs at least every 59 days. The account backup files expire after 59 days. If an account backup file expires, you cannot use the account backup file to restore the Groove account. Instead, you must create a new account.
