SYMPTOMSWhen you install Groove Virtual Office or Groove Workspace on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer and then restart the computer, you receive the following error message: Access is Denied CAUSEThis issue occurs if you install Groove and then restart the computer but do not log on to Windows as an administrator to complete the installation.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, log on a Windows administrator to enable components to be registered after the computer is restarted. After the components are registered, the installation process is finished. Then, you may switch to a non-administrator Windows logon.
