List of issues fixed

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

Users receive an error message when they click an item that is associated with a keyword Best Bet in the search results

Consider the following scenario. You add a keyword. Then, you add keyword Best Bets to the keyword. A user searches the portal site by using the keyword or by using a synonym for the keyword. When the user clicks an item in the search results that is associated with a keyword Best Bet, the item does not open as expected. Instead, the user receives an error message that states that the page cannot be found.

This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
- The item in the search results that is associated with the keyword Best Bet is located in a shared folder.
- The path of the item contains one or more space characters. For example, the item may be a document whose name contains one or more space characters. Or, the item may be located in a folder whose name contains one or more space characters.
In this scenario, the protocol handler in SharePoint Portal Server 2003 incorrectly processes the space characters in the URL of the item.
