After you delete a file or move a file to the Recycle Bin on a Windows XP-based computer, the file does not appear in the Recycle Bin (915108)

SYMPTOMSAfter you delete a file or move a file to the Recycle Bin on a Windows XP-based computer, the file does not appear in the Recycle Bin as expected.
However, the Disk Cleanup feature in Windows XP reports that the Recycle Bin is not empty.
CAUSEThis issue occurs when version 6 of the McAfee Shredder utility or an earlier version is installed on the computer. This utility performs some
of the functions that the Recycle Bin typically performs.
Note The McAfee Shredder utility is included in various McAfee software bundles.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, upgrade the McAfee Shredder utility to version 7 or a later version.
