SYMPTOMSIf you use an .ins file that has manual proxy settings, you
must start Microsoft Internet Explorer before you start Groove Virtual Office or Groove Workspace.CAUSEIf you configure an .ins file in the
Internet Options dialog box, Groove verifies that file for
a proxy configuration script. Groove cannot interpret any other entries in the
file, such as manual proxy entries. However, Internet Explorer can interpret
these settings. Therefore, Groove uses the proxy that has been established by Internet
Explorer.
