Description of the Forms tool search functions (914718)

In the Groove Workspace 2.x Forms tool, you can only search a drop-down list field for one value. For example, if you have a Status field that has the following options:

• New
• Open
• Pending
• Resolved

You can search for records in which Status is set to New or records in which Status is set to Open. However, you cannot test both values in one search.

To search for records in which Status is set to New or to Open, use Advanced Search in the Groove Virtual Office 3.x Forms tool.

In the Groove Workspace 2.x Forms tool, you cannot search for forms when all check boxes are cleared. To search for records when all check boxes are cleared in the Groove Virtual Office 3.x Forms tool, in the check box pane, select the equal sign operator (=), leave the value field blank, and then click Add Condition.
