The ENTER key may not work in Rich Text fields in a new Groove Forms tool record (914717)

SYMPTOMS

The ENTER key may not work in Rich Text fields in a new Groove Forms tool record.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, save the new Groove Forms tool record and then modify the record again. In the subsequent modifications, the ENTER key works.

If you enter several Groove Forms tool records and then modify one of the new records, the ENTER key may not work in Rich Text fields for this initial modification.
