SYMPTOMS

If you collapse a thread in the Discussion tool and then close the Discussion tool, the threads are expanded when you open the Discussion tool in a new window.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior does not occur if you visit another workspace. When you return to the workspace after visiting another workspace, the threads in the Discussion tool are still collapsed.
