INTRODUCTION This article describes how to identify an author who is not a member of the workspace in the Discussion tool in Groove Workspace 2.0.MORE INFORMATIONYou may see the text "by false" in the header of an entry in the Discussion tool. This text indicates that the author is not a member of the workspace. However, if a user uses "False" as their Identity name, this behavior may also occur. To make sure that the author is not a member of the workspace, examine the Author field for the
discussion entry in the topic list. The text "name not found" appears in the Author field if the author is not a member of the workspace.
In versions of Groove that are later than Groove Workspace 2.5, the text "name not found" appears in the discussion entry header and in the Author field in the Discussion tool.
