Kanji characters are not displayed correctly in Groove Workspace 2.1 (914703)

SYMPTOMS

If you are using Groove Workspace 2.1 with the English version of Microsoft Windows XP, kanji characters are not displayed correctly in the following items:
  • The My Account window
  • The My Identities window
  • A contact's vCard
The kanji characters are displayed correctly if you are using Groove Workspace 2.1 with the Japanese version of Windows XP.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, upgrade to Groove Workspace 2.5.

STATUS

This problem was corrected in Groove Workspace 2.5.
