The preview pane in the Files tool is blank when you reenter a Groove workspace (914700)

SYMPTOMS

You preview a file in the Files tool in Groove Virtual Office or in Groove Workspace. When you leave and then reenter the workspace, the preview pane is blank.

CAUSE

The Files tool does not maintain its focus if you leave the workspace. When you return to a workspace, the selected object in the Files tool is always Files (Root Folder). Therefore, there is nothing to display in the preview pane.

Note The Contacts tool also loses its focus in this situation. The Sketchpad, Calendar, and Discussion tools do not lose their focus.
