The number of bytes that appear in the data in and data out counters are the same in Groove (914692)

SYMPTOMS

In Groove, you may notice that the data in counter displays the same number of bytes that you receive regardless of which account you are using. This issue also occurs with the data out counter.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the numbers that appear in the data in counter and in the data out counter are generated by the computer. These numbers are not generated by the account.

The numbers that appear in both of these counters are cumulative for all Groove accounts on the active computer.
