SYMPTOMS

When you delete the Groove data directories, your Groove account and your Groove workspaces are also deleted.

WORKAROUND

If the Groove data directories are deleted, you will have to create a new account if you do not have an account backup. If the workspaces that were deleted included other members, ask the other members to invite your new account to the workspace.
