INTRODUCTIONThe Web Links tool in Groove Virtual Office and in Groove Workspace uses Microsoft Internet Explorer to access Web pages. Web pages that you access in Groove are saved in the Internet Explorer history list, just like the pages that you access directly from Internet Explorer.MORE INFORMATION
Internet Explorer lets you configure how long pages are maintained in the history list. Additionally, you can delete items from the history list and clear the history list.
If you do not enable the Browse Together option in Groove, the history of the Web pages that you view throughout the current session of the Web Links tool is available only to you. If you enable the Browse Together option after you view a series of Web pages, the history of the pages that you viewed before you enabled the Browse Together option is still available only to you. This behavior occurs unless you use the Back function to bring others to the pages that you viewed before you enabled the Browse Together option. As soon as you enable the Browse Together option, the Web pages that are accessed together are saved in each member's local history list.
