INTRODUCTIONIn Groove Virtual Office and in Groove Workspace, when you access your Groove account from multiple computers, the password that you use to access the account is specific to each computer.MORE INFORMATION Groove does not assume that the security considerations for all the computers are the same. When you access your Groove account from multiple computers, you may want to use a more complex password on computers in less secure environments. For example, you may want to use a complex password on a laptop that you use for travel.
To support this behavior, Groove does not propagate password changes from one instance of your account to another instance. If you want to use the same password on all your computers that are running Groove, you must change the password on each computer individually.
