MORE INFORMATION

Groove stores your instant messages in an encrypted database that only you can access. This feature lets you view and manage all the instant messages that you receive.

To view old messages in Groove Virtual Office, click Message History on the Options menu. To view old message in Groove Workspace, click My Messages on the Go To menu.

The Message History dialog box displays all the instant messages that you receive and send from that account unless you explicitly delete them. You can open or delete any one of the messages in the list.

Note You can improve the performance of Groove on slower computers by deleting old, unnecessary messages.
