Workspace store instant messages.MORE INFORMATIONGroove stores your instant messages in an encrypted database
that only you can access. This feature lets you view and manage all the instant
messages that you receive.
To view old messages in Groove Virtual
Office, click Message History on the Options menu. To view old
message in Groove Workspace, click My Messages on the Go
To menu.
The Message
History dialog box displays
all the instant messages that you receive and send from that account unless
you explicitly delete them. You can open or delete any one of the messages in
the list.
Note You
can improve the performance of Groove on slower
computers by deleting old, unnecessary messages.
