Error message when you install Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species: "You must accept the EULA in order to play Zoo Tycoon" (914313)

SYMPTOMS

When you install Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species, you may receive the following error message immediately after the installation is completed:
You must accept the EULA in order to play Zoo Tycoon.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you have Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2 installed, and then you install Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species in a language that differs from your original Zoo Tycoon 2 installation. For example, if you install the English version of Zoo Tycoon 2 and then try to install the German version of Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species, you receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, purchase Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species in the same language as your Zoo Tycoon 2 installation. To purchase the English version of Zoo Tycoon 2: Endangered Species, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
