Known issues
Known issue during installation of the update
The installation log file may incorrectly indicate that not all updates have been installed successfully. This issue occurs when the Olkintl.msp file that is contained in this update has already been installed on the computer. The Olkintl.msp file is part of the update that is documented in the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

The Olkintl.msp file is the same file that was released in KB892943. Therefore, the Olkintl.msp file will not be installed in this case.

To determine the version of a file that is installed on your computer, follow these steps:

- Click All files and folders in the Search Results pane.
- Type the name of the file that you want to find in the All or part of the file name box, and then click Search.
- Right-click the file, and then click Properties.

Features for reinstalling specific components for administrators
If you update your administrative installation point and recache and reinstall Outlook 2003 on client computers, you can run a command line that includes the
REINSTALL=[list of features] property. This property specifies whether you want to reinstall specific components of Outlook 2003 from the administrative image. For the update for Outlook 2003 (KB913807), the value for
