- Groove Virtual Office 3.1 Professional Edition
- Groove Virtual Office 3.1 Project Edition
- Groove Virtual Office 3.1 Trial Edition
SYMPTOMSYou create a hyperlink from Discussion tool text in Groove
Virtual Office. Then, you type new text after the hyperlink. However, the new text that you type is also part of the hyperlink.CAUSEThe hyperlink is a property of the text format,
such as the font, the color, and the size of the text. If the selection is collapsed, that
is, if it does not contain any characters, a newly typed character inherits its
formatting from the character that comes before the newly typed character in the document.RESOLUTIONTo change the text to regular text, perform one of the following
actions: - Leave a space between the text that you select and where you will
continue to type.
- If you create a new note, press CTRL+R to clear the formatting before
you continue to type.
