In the default permissions of the Groove Forms tool, only workspace members who have the role of Manager can modify the documents of other members. To extend this permission to workspace members who have the role of Participant, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the Forms tool tab, click Properties, and then click the Permissions tab.
  2. Under Select a role to modify its permissions, click Participant, click to select the Edit Any Document check box, and then click OK.
