INTRODUCTION

This article describes when to use multiple accounts instead of multiple identities in Groove Virtual Office and in Groove Workspace.

MORE INFORMATION

In Groove, you can have multiple identities in an account and multiple accounts that are associated with an installation. When two or more people use the same computer, each user should have a separate account. Separate accounts are required by the End User License Agreement (EULA), and they provide enhanced protection for users' information. Separate account logons help protect the workspace data and the identity data for each user. Additionally, one account can be safely deleted from the computer without affecting the other accounts.
