SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
- On a computer that is running Microsoft Visual Studio, you use the Add Generated Items Wizard in a Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 project.
- In the Add Generated Items Wizard, you add the Microsoft BizTalk Adapter for Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 2.0.
- In the BizTalk Adapter for WSE Schema Generation Wizard, you specify a Web Services Description Language (WSDL) file that includes a defined fault.
In this scenario, the BizTalk Adapter for WSE Schema Generation Wizard may not generate an XML Schema definition language (XSD) schema or an orchestration as expected. You may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Type messagename cannot be found in namespace servicename.
Note In this error message,
messagename is a placeholder for the message name, and
servicename is a placeholder for the service name.
