Xbox 360: Your Xbox 360 console is set to PAL 50 Hz and you cannot play Dead or Alive 4 on your Xbox 360 console (913442)

SYMPTOMSYour Xbox 360 console is set to PAL 50 Hz, and you cannot play Dead or Alive 4 on your Xbox 360 console.
Note You will not receive a message to indicate that the game will not play at 50 Hz. You can set up the game, but you cannot start the game. CAUSEThis behavior occurs if you try to play Dead or Alive 4 when the console is set to PAL 50 Hz. You can play Dead or Alive 4 only after you set the console to PAL 60 Hz.
Note The default setting of the Xbox 360 console is PAL 50 Hz. The game will not work until you change the setting on the TV or in the console to PAL 60 Hz. See the "What To Try" section for more information. THINGS TO TRYImportant Some older TVs cannot operate at PAL 60 Hz. If you are not sure whether your TV can operate at PAL 60 Hz, see the documentation for the TV or contact the manufacturer of the TV for more help. - To change the console setting to PAL 60, follow these steps:
- In the Xbox Dashboard, select System blade.
- Select Console Settings, and then press the A button.
- Select Display, and then press the A button.
- Select PAL settings, and then press the A button.
- Select PAL-60, and then press the A button.
- When you are prompted to keep these new settings, confirm the settings, and then press the A button.
