SYMPTOMSWhen you run the Configuration Wizard in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following: Failed to enable the Single Sign-On (SSO) Service (error code 0X800706BA).
Return Code: 4 Additionally, when you try to deploy or undeploy an orchestration in BizTalk Server 2004, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following: The RPC server is unavailable CAUSEThis issue may occur if the Aventail Connect virtual private network (VPN) application is installed on the computer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, restart the computer in Safe Mode. Then, uninstall Aventail Connect from the computer.
