SYMPTOMS

When you run a Collaboration Data Object (CDO) program that uses the GetRecurrencePattern method to retrieve information for recurring appointments or meetings in a Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server environment, you may receive the following error message:
MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND (0x8004010F)

Prerequisites

You must install Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 3 (SP3) and the August 2004 Exchange 2000 Server post-Service Pack 3 update rollup before you install the hotfix.
