This Expert Zone Support WebCast provides details about how to use Microsoft MSN Messenger to initiate video and voice conversations. The WebCast includes information about minimum requirements, how to install and configure MSN Messenger, how to obtain a Microsoft Passport Network account, how to install and configure a webcam and microphone, and finally, how to initiate a video and voice conversation. This session also discusses MSN and community resources for obtaining help with MSN Messenger, webcams, and other video and voice communication issues.
