Xbox 360: Your Friends list no longer appears in the Xbox Dashboard (911724)

SYMPTOMS

When you use your Xbox 360 console, your Friends list no longer appears in the Xbox Dashboard.

CAUSE

Currently, the cause of this behavior is unknown.

THINGS TO TRY

  1. Turn off the Xbox 360 console, and then turn the console back on.
  2. Sign in to Xbox Live by using the profile with which you are experiencing the issue.
  3. Ask someone from your Friends list to delete you from his or her Friends list.
  4. Send a new Friend request to that same person.
  5. Sign out of Xbox Live, and then sign in to Xbox Live again.
  6. You Friends list should now appear in the Xbox Dashboard.
