SYMPTOMS
When you use the HTTPS transport to send multiple messages in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2002, an error message may be logged in the Application event log. You receive this error message even though the messages are sent as expected. The text of the error message is similar to the following:

[0x0159] The server encountered a transport error while processing the messaging port "PortName", which uses a transport component with a ProgID of "BizTalk.SendHTTPX.1".

[0x1730] Suspended Queue ID: "ItemGUID"

[0x1731] The server cannot send a WMI event for the Suspended queue item "ItemGUID". The most likely cause is that the user configured for this submission has insufficient privileges to access WMI.
Note SecureURL represents a URL that uses the HTTPS protocol,
PortName represents the name of the messaging port, and
ItemGUID represents the GUID for the suspended item.
RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next BizTalk Server 2002 service pack that contains this hotfix.
