FIX: Internet Explorer does not stop the download thread when the download has completed in Windows CE 5.0 (911643)

CE 5.0 to download a file from a Web site to local storage on a device,
Internet Explorer does not stop the download thread when the download has
completed. This problem may cause resources to be exhausted. Therefore, applications may unexpectedly quit until you quit Internet Explorer.CAUSESHDOCVW is
the Internet Explorer component that handles file downloads. This component creates a new
download thread for every file that Internet Explorer downloads to local storage. This problem occurs because SHDOCVW does not stop each download thread when the download has completed.RESOLUTIONSoftware update informationA supported
