Numeric values in a list of quotes in Microsoft CRM 1.2 may appear as "NaN" when exported to Microsoft Excel (911628)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft CRM 1.2, when you export all the pages of a list of quotes to Microsoft Office Excel, numeric values may appear as NaN in the Excel workbook. An example of a numeric value is currency.

Note This problem does not occur if you export the current page only.

CAUSE

This problem may occur after you install the hotfix that is mentioned in the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next version of Microsoft CRM that contains this hotfix.
