SYMPTOMSIn Microsoft ActiveSync 4.0 and in Microsoft ActiveSync 4.1, you may not be able to establish a universal serial bus (USB) connection to a Microsoft Windows Mobile-based device. You may experience this problem after you successfully connect and create a partnership, disconnect, and then try to reconnect.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, disconnect the Windows Mobile-based device. Then, reconnect the Windows Mobile-based device.
