SYMPTOMS

When you play music or display music files from a Microsoft Windows Media Connect source on your Xbox 360 console, the music and file information may eventually become unavailable.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the IP address of the Windows Media Connect computer or device changes.

THINGS TO TRY

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Restart the console.
  2. If it is possible, do not change the IP address of the Windows Media Connect computer or device.
