Xbox 360: Apple iPod "on-the-go" playlists do not playback (911150)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to play music from your Apple iPod device, dynamically created on-the-go playlists do not appear on the Xbox 360 for playback.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the dynamically created on-the-go playlists are not saved on the device.

THINGS TO TRY

  1. Make sure that the playlist is synchronized with the computer or with iTunes. Playlists that are not synchronized, will not appear available on the Xbox 360 console.
