Xbox 360: Music from Windows Media Connect is not displayed in the Dashboard (910634)

SYMPTOMS

When you view music files from Windows Media Connect, not all available songs are displayed in the Xbox Dashboard.

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the list of available songs is not current. The Dashboard does not update the list of available songs when the Music section of the Dashboard is open.

THINGS TO TRY

  1. To resolve this issue, open the Media area of the Dashboard. Next, return to the Music section, and then select the music available via the Computer option. This action updates the list of available songs.
