You receive error messages when you send an e-mail message to a distribution list or when you try to update a distribution list in Outlook 2003 (910374)

SYMPTOMSWhen you send an e-mail message to a distribution list in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, the e-mail message is sent as expected. However, you may receive the following error message: No such object. Possibly your Search Base is invalid. Additionally, you may receive the following error message when you try to update the distribution list: Could not find Contact "Username". It may have been deleted or moved from its original location. Would you like to remove it from this list? CAUSEThis problem may occur if the following conditions are true: - The distribution list contains members of an Internet directory service.
Note An Internet directory service connects to a lightweight directory access protocol (LDAP) server to verify e-mail addresses. - A member in the distribution list has been moved to a different organizational unit.
RESOLUTIONHow to obtain the hotfixThis issue is fixed in the Outlook 2003 post-Service Pack 2 Hotfix Package that is dated December 6, 2005.
