SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 is running on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based computer. An ASP file uses a UNC share path to reference an include file. In this scenario, changes that are made to the include file may not be recognized by the computer. This behavior frequently occurs when the following conditions are true:
- The include file is modified frequently.
- The Web server is under heavy load.
Note This problem does not occur in the original release versions of Windows Server 2003.
