MORE INFORMATION

Type the address in the upper-left corner of the word processing document if you are not printing a return address.

When a return address is used, type the return address in the upper-left corner and then enter 5 to 7 blank lines between the return address and the mailing address. Set a Left Indent of 4 inches and then type the mailing address.

The envelope is fed on the right side of the multi-purpose tray. The top edge of the envelope should be flush against the tray with the envelope flap facing upward.
