In Microsoft Works for Windows, use the following measurements to
print standard business envelopes (COM#10) from the multi-purpose tray
of the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet IIP/IIP Plus or IIIP:
Page Setup and Margins:
Top: 2.5 inches (without return address)
Top: 0 inches (with return address)
Bottom: 0 inches
Left: 5.75 inches (without return address)
Left: 1.75 inches (with return address)
Right: 0 inches
Page Length: 8.5 inches
Page Width: 11 inches
Printer Setup:
Page Size: Letter 8.5-by-11 inches
Paper Source: Manual Feed
Orientation: Landscape

Type the address in the upper-left corner of the word processing
document if you are not printing a return address.
When a return address is used, type the return address in the
upper-left corner and then enter 5 to 7 blank lines between the return
address and the mailing address. Set a Left Indent of 4 inches and
then type the mailing address.
The envelope is fed on the right side of the multi-purpose tray. The
top edge of the envelope should be flush against the tray with the
envelope flap facing upward.
