SYMPTOMS
On a Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005-based computer that has Update Rollup 2 for Windows Media Center Edition 2005 installed, you may not be able to use Media Center to change the language of a DVD movie.
Note With some DVD movies, the problem may only occur if you use Media Center to change the language more than one time during a single viewing session.WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use either of the following methods: - Use the DVD menu instead of using Media Center to change the language.
Note
The settings to change the language for individual DVDs will vary depending on the features of the specific DVD.
- After you change the language in Media Center, take one of the following steps:
- Select Restart the movie.
- Eject the DVD, and then reinsert it.
