SYMPTOMS

You insert a DVD movie into the DVD drive of a Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005-based computer. If the Autoplay feature starts the movie, the next screen that you see may be blurry or fuzzy. The images on the screen may be part of the DVD warning screen or the DVD Menu. The images may appear distorted or unrecognizable.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, perform any action that updates the screen. For example, move the mouse pointer to select a screen object, or play the DVD movie.
