SYMPTOMSWhen you try to start a Terminal Services session on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer, you may receive an error message that resembles the following: STOP: 0x00000050 (0xffffffe8, 0x00000001, 0x8083fb88, 0x00000000) CAUSEThis issue occurs because of a race condition that occurs in the Win32k.sys program. The race condition occurs when you use Cisco Security Agent (Csauser.dll) and try to start a Terminal Services session.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, contact Cisco to obtain a fix for the issue.
