SYMPTOMS

The Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack loses its charge quickly when you use the charge cable from the Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit to charge the battery.

CAUSE

Typically, this condition is caused from ordinary use of the battery over time.

THINGS TO TRY

  1. Replace the battery pack when play time reaches an unacceptable level, or when you can no longer charge the rechargeable battery.
