You receive a "connection error" message when you try to download the Microsoft Program Guide to an LG LRM-519 DVR/DVD Recorder (908543)

RESOLUTION

1. Start the recorder, click Settings, click Systems Information, and then verify the software version on the recorder.

   Note As of October 15, 2005, the most recent software version is 1151.

2. See the Microsoft Knowledge Base article that describes the software version and connection method of the recorder.
