Name: Workernnn This problem occurs when you run a program that calls the CRMArticle.Create method on a computer that is running the server version of Microsoft CRM 1.2. CAUSEThis problem may occur when the CRMArticle.Create method runs several other methods at the same time that the CRMArticle.Create method creates an article record in the corresponding database tables. One of these methods generates a random number. When this method is put under stress, the random number generator may produce a duplicate number.
This kind of stress occurs when a program calls the CRMArticle.Create method repeatedly on multiple threads. The program quits when the program tries to insert the duplicate article number into the kbArticleBase table, and the error message is logged.STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
