FIX: Identity Manager incorrectly returns the attribute together with the value instead of returning only the value in the Connected Services Framework Server 2.5 (908486)

SYMPTOMS

In the Microsoft Connected Services Framework Server 2.5, when Identity Manager (IDM) calls the ADBaseProvider.GetOrganizationUnderContainer function, Identity Manager incorrectly returns the attribute together with the value instead of returning only the value. Identity Manager returns the attribute and the value in the Attribute=Value format.

In the following example, Identity Manager returns the organization OU=1311310031 instead of returning the organization 1311310031. Identity Manager returns the OU attribute together with the value.
