SYMPTOMS
The results of an Advanced Find search in Microsoft CRM 1.2 may be in English instead of in the language that is appropriate for your language version of Microsoft CRM. This problem may occur after you install a non-English version of one of the hotfixes that are described in the following articles in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
890690 Microsoft CRM may become unresponsive after you export many records to Excel
899469 After you assign a manager to a user in Microsoft CRM 1.2, you cannot remove that manager assignment
905861 You may receive an "Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'group'" error message when you run a program that was created by using the Microsoft CRM SDK in Microsoft CRM 1.2
894546 A view takes more than five seconds to display records in Microsoft CRM, or you experience SQL Server blocking issues and time-out errors
RESOLUTION
Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next version of Microsoft CRM that contains this hotfix.

Installation information
Install this update on computers that are running Microsoft CRM 1.2 Client or Microsoft CRM 1.2 Server.
Prerequisites

Removal information
You can remove this hotfix by using Add/Remove programs.
Restart requirement
If you are prompted, restart the computer after you install the hotfix.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
