SYMPTOMSIn Groove Virtual Office or in Groove Workspace, after you import a Groove account from one computer to two other computers, the two other computers do not synchronize workspaces, contacts, or messages with each other. Some contacts may see that you are online in Groove only when you are using Groove on a particular computer.CAUSEWhen you export a Groove account to a file, that file contains information about the exporting computer and any other computers that are associated with that account on the exporting computer. When you use that file to import the account to another computer, the new computer will contact those previous computers and let them know that it is a new computer for the account. Groove has no way to query for or detect other computers that are using the same account.RESOLUTIONIf you want to import your Groove account to two additional computers, you must save the account again after you import the account to the first computer. Then, use the new file that includes information about the new computer to import the account to the third computer.
