When you run a custom report in Microsoft CRM 1.2 from a URL that contains date parameters, the report returns incorrect data (907722)

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:
  • You run a custom report in Microsoft CRM 1.2.
  • You specify the date parameters in a URL.
In this scenario, the report returns incorrect data. The data that is returned is not specific to the dates that you specify as parameters in the URL.

CAUSE

This issue may occur when the following conditions are true:
  • The report has been added to Microsoft CRM 1.2 by using Report Manager.
  • The report contains parameterized fields that have the correct field type.

    For example, the report contains a date field for which you use the Date format. You do not use the DateTime format for this field.
  • The URL that calls the report contains the date in the following form:

    Date(yyyy, mm, dd)

Removal information

To remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows XP, or Microsoft Windows 2000, use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel.

System administrators may use the Spunist.exe utility to remove this hotfix from a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, or Windows 2000. The Spuninst.exe utility is located in the following folder:
