• No picture

No picture

Turn on the TV. Select the video input on the TV or VCR that displays the Xbox 360 game. The name of the input jack differs for different TVs or VCRs. Common names include Input Select, AUX, Line In, Line, In, Input, Source, and EXT. For more information, see the manual for the TV or VCR.

Picture without sound

Make sure that you connected the video and audio connectors to the same input group on the back of the TV. If you use digital audio, make sure that you turned on the audio receiver and that the audio output setting in the Xbox Dashboard corresponds to the setting on the TV.

Sound without a picture

Verify that you turned on the TV. Make sure that you connected the video and audio connectors to the same input group on the back of the TV. Make sure that you set the TV to display the input group into which the S-Video AV Cable video connectors are plugged.
