Picture without sound

Make sure that you connected the video and audio connectors to the same input group on the back of the TV. If you use digital audio, make sure that you turned on the audio receiver and that the audio output setting in the Xbox Dashboard corresponds to the setting on the TV.

Sound without a picture

Verify that you turned on the TV. Make sure that you connected the video and audio connectors to the same input group on the back of the TV. Make sure that you set the TV to display the input group into which the VGA HD AV Cable video connectors are plugged.
